PT BREXA Raya Indonesia is Hiring Purchasing Staff! We are urgently looking for talented candidates to join with our team.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1. Review payment requests for completeness and policy compliance
2. Verify quotations and ensure procurement procedures are followed
3. Issue Purchase Orders after all required approvals are completed
4. Monitor payment request, identify unusual cost increases and request justification for payment exceed normal range
5. Coordinate with requesting departments for required procedures and documentation
6. Work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure only properly approved purchases proceed to payment
7. Support continuous improvement of procurement controls and cost efficiency

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
1. Bachelor's in Business Finance or Accounting
2. Min 2 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Cost Control, Supply Chain, or related functions.
3. Understanding of procurement processes and internal controls
4. Strong analytical and negotiations skills
5. Attention to detail
6. Good communication and coordination abilities
7. Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
